How To Order

After determining your requirements, please inform us of the following:

 1. Quantities, types, and varieties of products desired

 2. Phytosanitary requirements of your agricultural department

 3. Preferred Shipping F.O.B.

Upon receipt of the forgoing information we will do the following:

 1. Issue a formal proposal (Pro Forma Invoice).

 2. Reserve required items for you only after receipt of full advance payment and import permit.

 3. Upon shipment, provide you with invoice, packing list, Official Phytosanitary Certificate.

 4. After all charges have been determined, send a final invoice charging you for any shortages or reimbursing you for any over-payment.

*1 – These prices are F.O.B Ventura, California, and do not include packaging, documentation, lab testing, air freight, inland freight, or insurance charges. Terms of Payment: Full price must be paid to confirm an order.
*2 – Certified means that avocado plants have been grown under special sanitary conditions. These conform to California Department of Agriculture standards and practices designed to protect against infection by Phytophthora cinnamomi (root rot). All avocado liners are Certified. The term Certified described above does not imply any warranty on the part of Brokaw Nursery against any plant disease.
